Purchasing products online

To provide convenience and certainty to you, our dear customers to perform transactions on www.voerin.com . We have an agreement with a third party, Doku.com as our partner in managing our electronic payments such as Credit Card payments. So all our credit card payments are handled by Doku.com and will be processed using Indonesian Rupiah. The Credit Card payments is ensured and secured with Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) which provides full security and freedom to shop online without worrying about the credit card information as it’s all handled by a secured third party payment gateway system. 

Risk of loss

All items purchased from Voerin.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our dispatch of the goods ordered to the carrier.

Return or Exchange
